Dolphin Encounter at Isla Mujeres Overview

Dolphins are charming and brilliant social creatures are a joy to interact with. Our Dolphin Encounter allows visitors to hug, kiss, caress, and shake hands with one of these incredible cetaceans. This is the ideal alternative to the Dolphin Swim for participants who are not completely comfortable with swimming. The controlled environment of the shallow-water platform is also a more secure option for children who may be nervous with these large marine mammals. These gentle creatures enjoy interacting with visitors at our Isla Mujeres marine mammal facility. Participants are sure to be delighted by these mischievous animals. Our bottlenose dolphins are extremely vocal and are sure to serenade you with a song. Our knowledgeable bilingual staff is dedicated to informing the public about these amazingly intelligent cetaceans. This is the perfect activity for children above the age of one (kids under the height of three feet eleven inches are required to be accompanied by a paying adult). After their encounter with these beautiful aquatic animals, kids will be fascinated by marine biology and the aquatic environment. You could have a budding marine biologist in your family.

After encountering the dolphins, youll have the opportunity to enjoy a seaside meal at our fabulous beach club before hitting the water for some snorkeling with rays and nurse sharks. This interactive experience is the ideal way to complete your day on Isla Mujeres.
