Located in the jungle beside the protected lands of Maroma Beach, a five hundred acre reserve with sugary white sands and crystalline waters, Ranch Baaxal offers visitors a chance to witness the unmatched natural beauty of this region.

Our tours are never overcrowded; each excursion is limited to six riders in order to make sure that each participant enjoys personalized service. Each tour is accompanied by two or three helpful bilingual trail-hands. These guides will assist you in choosing your mount. We have a beautiful family of horses for you to select your ride. Our guides will help you pick the horse that best fits your riding style and experience.

After you become familiarized with your horse and learn the basics of horseback riding, you will venture into the lush jungle where you will see an array of flora and fauna; nature lovers will have the opportunity to see wildlife like iguanas, tropical birds, colorful butterflies, indigenous mammals, hawks, crabs, snakes, turtles, and more. You will then have a chance to ride along the cerulean waters of the Caribbean on the beach. Participants will even have the option to do some galloping on the sugar-white sands of Maroma Beach.
