You will be so surprised at your good fortune while hauling in fish after fish on your charter trip with Captain Roberto Vargas, affectionately nicknamed Breako, that you will think that there are supernatural forces at work aboard the thirty-eight-foot Reel Magic. It may seem like magic, but your angling success will be a direct result of Breakos vast experience running charters in the teeming waters of the western Caribbean. Breako, your bilingual guide, knows the currents, shelfs, and reefs off the shores of Cancun so well, that he will guide your fishing party of up to eight anglers to the prime spots for the conditions on the day of your excursion. Breakos natural charm and encyclopedic knowledge of local fishing will ensure that you enjoy a fun-filled expedition from the docks in Cancun. There are ample sport-fishing species available offshore throughout the year, depending on the season. Blue Marlin, Sailfish, White Marlin, Barracuda, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Amberjacks and more can be snagged in the ample fishing grounds nearby Cancun.

One of the most popular game fish is locally known as the Dorado. You may be more familiar with this species moniker in the Atlantic the Dolphin fish. In the Hawaiian Islands, this brilliantly colored and tasty fish is called Mahi Mahi. No matter what the name, this feisty gamefish is always a pleasure to fish for. After you see these fish hit the line, you may see a flash of gold, emerald, and blue as this fighter surfaces. The males of the species, or bulls, are known for their distinctive blunt-looking head. The largest specimens can weigh over thirty pounds. The peak season for Dorado typically ramps up around March and continues through most of the summer.
